I am now on my 4th week of training.
I recently resigned on my previous work. I needed rest back then so I decided
to file my resignation and aside from that I didn't like the new account so I
was kind of stressed and it got to the point that I no longer feel motivated
coming to work. I even asked my dad's approval about it because of course, I
can't just leave all the obligations to my dad and thankfully he did say "sure".
I was offered to be a
"chat-support" this time. Hopefully, I will no longer take in calls
although I don't mind because I love having conversations with my customers.
One thing that didn't change though is I am still working in a Telco account in
US which means there are still angry customers. Lol
Anyway, regarding my training I am
certainly enjoying it. My co-trainees are awesome, noisy, funny, and
competitive in a friendly way. Different faces and totally new environment.
Getting used to the ever-busy and traffic EDSA.
I hope that this will be my last BPO Company.xxx
